About Us
At Roots, we provide employment consultancy services for the hiring of Filipino domestic helpers based on respect, transparency, fairness and care.
We help streamline the domestic hiring process toward a more ethical, swift and sustainable model.
We ensure (to the best of our abilities) that both employers and helpers are not overcharged for services, have access to quality training or mental wellness programmes, and all helpers enjoy a safe working environment.
For elder and disabled care, our helpers undergo caregiver training in Singapore to ensure that they have the right skills for your loved ones.
