General Housekeeping				I have look after children age 7, 8 & 12 yrs old and they re very active and i used to bring them for swimming. They are very closed to me and we have a wonderful relationship.

Cooking				My Australian employer love my cooking especially spaghetti Bolonese they said my cooking is awesome and tasty and i do baking as well, i bake and decorated birthday cake for them and they all love it sometime i do bake for my employer friends too.
Care For Elderly/Disabled				I don't have experience how to take care Elderly yet but i know how to do that as i have grandmother and i always with her when i was in high school.

She came to Singapore in and had 2 long employment during this time. She first finished a 4-year contract with a German/Korean family doing all-around housekeeping, daily cooking and looking after their dogs. They are leaving for Australia soon, therefore letting Ella transfer to new employer, and have written an excellent reference letter for her. Here are few excerpts : "I have 3 children . whom Ella has a wonderful relationship with. " / "Both places we stayed were large and Ella could keep the whole place clean and organized. " "Ella is an awesome cook! Her food is so well prepared and tasty!" In her own bio Ella also mentions that she loves cooking, and likes taking care of children and develops good relationship with them.
