She is the second child among 4 siblings. Basically, she helps in the food business by assisting the employer in some cooking and serving the customer. Maintaining the area clean and tidy is her obligations also. She learned also some cooking skills with this. Working abroad will be hard for the entire family, but they know that this is just temporary separation and this steps will help them for the long run.
