Her duties are mainly cooking, laundry, ironing, cleaning and going to the market and grocery shopping. She loves cooking and prepares 3- 4 dishes for dinner like steamed prawn, teriyaki chicken, cheesy brocolli, roasted chicken with mashed potato, popcorn chicken, wasabi pork,braised pork, Swedish meatballs, lasagna, shrepherd's pie, spring rolls, burgers, pork/chicken schnitzel, minced pork with potatoes, crispy pork belly and can easily follow recipe books; she plans the menu or her employers just give her a recipe to follow. Catherine also worked in Kuwait (-). She's experienced in taking care of newborn children onwards. In HK, she took care of a newborn baby until 1y6mos bathe them, prepare foods for them, feeding, change nappies and play. She do her marketing, housekeeping and cooking.
