Khin is a cheerful, soft spoken, positive and mature helper who have an end goal in mind - need to have a stable work and provide for her family. She usually communicate with grandma in chinese. When asked how she overcomes the communication barrier when she only know how to speak little chinese and english initially, she said she often asked grandma to teach her and grandma is willing and so she learned. Khin is a keen learner and felt learning is important as she must role model this to her child as well.

Khin will also ensure she will do finish her work at night (usually after :pm) before speaking to us - this shows her dedication despite living with two elderly who can be quite flexible with her. Helper expressed that the elderly treat her well like a family, but in her heart she felt really uncomfortable to shower for a man (despite he was already an old age).
