Gina is a gentle and soft-spoken helper who has experience in taking care of infants/children. While being asked how she will manage the kids when they are in quarrel, she will try to speak nicely to the kids to stop the fighting instead of separating them away directly. Then she will act as mediator to resolve the conflict between the kids and tells them that “siblings should not fight with each other”, which is same as her upbringing – 7 siblings never fight with each other before.

Upon finishing her 3rd contract with the family, helper requested ma’am to find her a new employer. Ma’am asked her do her a favour to stay with them and she saw that the girls can’t bear her leaving, hence helper decided stay for one more contract. 3 months before the end of her contract, ma’am asked Gina whether she want to re-contract. The family sent her to the airport on the day she went back. She will talk to her children every night.

She is currently looking for another long-term employment like her previous one and seeks to join a family who can respect and embrace her as part of the family. While asking what’s the biggest challenge in taking care of baby, she said that when baby falls sick as baby will keep crying and may vomit often.
