1. MALAYSIAN FAMILY (23 AUGUST 2008 - 14 NOVEMBER 2008)

She worked in a Malaysian family, a couple with 3 children ( 2, 4 and 6 years old.) staying in HDB flat. She took care of the children, assisting them with their daily needs, she's playing with them, bathing, feeding preparing their things before going to school. She did the all the general household chores, including cooking, laundry and ironing clothes. She also went to the market for groceries. She never stayed long with this family for the reason that employer never inform her that they will be having a 6 cats in the house and cannot the pets.

2. SPANISH FAMILY (14 NOVEMBER 2008 - 12 MARCH 2009)

She worked in a Spanish family, a couple, with 4 years twin old daughters and a newborn baby and 1 elderly. She took care the children, she's feeding the baby, sterilized feeding bottles, playing the kids and put them to sleep. She managed her time in doing household chores when the baby sleeps. She will clean the whole house, laundry, ironing clothes and went to the market for groceries. She also did cooking with this family. left with this family because she doesn't have a room of her own and she is sleeping in the hall.

3. INDIAN FAMILY (12 MARCH 2009 - 08 FEBRUARY 2010)

She worked in an Indian family, a couple and (1-year-old son.) living in HDB flat. She looked after the child attending to his daily needs, such as feeding, bathing, playing, sending and fetching in school. When the kid is in the school she would start doing the household chores, cleaning, including cooking, laundry and ironing clothes. She never finished her contract for the reason that the family will be relocating to the other country and she needs to transfer.

4. SINGAPOREAN CHINESE FAMILY (03 JUNE 2010 - 01 NOVEMBER 2011)

She worked in a Singaporean Chinese family a couple with 4 children.( 13, 9, 7 and 3 years old.)living in a condominium house. She did the general household chores, cleaning, laundry, ironing clothes and cooking. She assisting the kids with their daily needs, such as preparing their things and food before going to school, sending and fetching in school. She left with this family because kids are already grown up and the employer doesn't need a helper anymore.

5. CHINESE BRITISH (01 NOVEMBER 2011 - 18 NOVEMBER 2011)

She worked in a Chinese British family, a couple with 2 children aged 13 and 10 years old. Living in a Bungalow house. She did the household chores, including cooking, cleaning, laundry and ironing clothes. Assisted the family with their daily needs. also went to the market for groceries. She never stayed with this family for the reason that her father passed away and she keeps on crying that time and cannot concentrate on her work employer decided to return her back to the agency.



6. ITALIAN FAMILY (18 NOVEMBER 2011 - 22 MAY 2012)

She worked in an Italian family, a couple with 5 children (10,7,5,4 and 2 years old.) Her main priority was to look after the children, attending to their daily needs such as showering, feeding, preparing their things and food before going to school, sending and fetching in school. She also did the general household chores, cleaning, laundry, ironing clothes and went to the market for groceries. She left with this family because she cannot get along with the other helper.

7. AUSTRALIAN FAMILY (22 MAY 2012 - 20 JUNE 2013)

She worked in Australian family, a couple with 2 kids ( 10 and 7 years old.) She did household chores, including cooking, cleaning, laundry and ironing the clothes. She assisted the family with their daily needs. She never finished her contract with this family because the employer will be moving to Switzerland.

8. CHINESE FAMILY (29 JUNE 2015 - 29 JULY 2015)

She was working in a Chinese family, a mother with a special child and a newborn baby. Her main duties were to look after the special child, attending with the daily needs, such as feeding, bathing and bringing the child in the pool for swimming. She also managed her time in doing household chores, cleaning, laundry, ironing the clothes and marketing. She stayed 1 month with this family for the reason that she cannot cope with her job scope and employer has too much expectation from her when it comes to her work.

9. CHINESE FAMILY (29 JULY 2015 -17 SEPTEMBER 2015)

She worked in Chinese family a mother and a son, staying in a condominium house. She did the household chores, cleaning, laundry, ironing the clothes and marketing. She also did wash the 2 cars twice a week. She never stayed with this family because she cannot cope up with her job scope.

10. PAKISTANI FAMILY (17 SEPTEMBER 2015 -15 JULY 2016)

She worked in a Pakistani family, a couple with 1 child (7 months old baby) living in a condominium house. Her main duties are to look after the baby daily needs such as feeding, bathing, cleaning and sterilizing feeding bottles, playing the baby, put the baby to sleep. When the baby is asleep that's the time she will start doing the household chores, cleaning, laundry, ironing clothes and cooking. She never finished her contract with this family for the reason that they will be relocating to Vietnam.

11.PUNJABI FAMILY (15 JULY 2016 - 08 FEBRUARY 2018)

She worked in a Punjabi family, a couple with 2 children (1-year-old and 4 years old) living in a condominium house, She looks after the children, attending in their daily needs such as feeding, bathing, washed bottles and sterilized. She did the household chores, including cooking, cleaning, laundry, ironing clothes and went to the market for groceries. She never finished her contract with this family for the reason that her employer lost her job and cannot afford to hire a helper anymore.

12. ITALIAN FAMILY (08 FEBRUARY 2018 UP TO PRESENT)

She works in an Italian family, a couple and a 20 months old baby. Her main duties are to look after the child attending to his daily needs, such as feeding, bathing, teaching alphabet, sing a song, playing with the baby, wash and sterilize the feeding bottles, changing nappies and clothes. managed her time when the kid is asleep, she did household chores, cleaning, laundry and ironing the clothes. wanted to transfer to the reason that the employer doesn't need a helper anymore.

is very patient, hardworking,and cheerful. Very humble & is easy to get along well. She is looking for an employer and willing to work with any family. is suitable to care of young children as she is very responsible and active lady, she has no problem with household chores and she is willing to work long term with any family that who is willing to hire her. Our Services 

1) Deployment of New Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW)

Deployment of New FDW from Indonesia, Philippines, Mizoram and Myanmar and these 4 countries are approved source from MOM for FDW deployment.
    
2) Deployment of New Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW)
Personally interview of Indonesia, Philippines, Mizoram, and Myanmar at any of our branches located throughout Singapore. Processing of Work Permit can be as fast as 3 working days.
    
3) Direct hire of FDW

Direct application without FDW paying for an additional loan in their country, Processing In Singapore and country of origin will be handled by our experienced staff.

4) Settling-In-Programme (SIP)
All first-time FDWs are required by Law to attend the SIP before starting work with their employers and within the first three days of their arrival. We will ensure the registrations of FDW for the SIP within the time frame given.
    

5) Passport Renewal and Homeleave Processing
Processing for passport renewal and Home Leave documentations for Indonesia and Philippines FDW return home to their country of origin for holidays during the employment in Singapore.

6) Medical Check-up

FDW is required to go for medical check-up upon arrival to Singapore and every 6th monthly to screen for infectious diseases and pregnancies. The medical will be performed by registered Singapore doctor. The employer will bear any medical expenses incurred by the FDW in the course of the medical.

7) Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
We will assists in purchasing the minimum insurance coverage required by MOM for FDW Accidental and Permanent Disability. The employer can upgrade the comprehensive insurance coverage at a reasonable rate because it is employer responsibility to undertake the costs of her medical treatment during her employment in Singapore.

8) Shadow Support 
We also provide Shadow Support Cum Helper Services To Numerous Mainstream And Private Schools In Singapore. School is not an easy place for children with ASD, CP, ADHD  who often have a difficult time, both socially and academically. With limited resources in the school system, Shadow Support is usually needed to enable the child to be an active member of the learning environment in his or her classroom

3.     Who We Disclose Your Personal Information To
