Helper also said long employer appreciate and recognize her work and hardship of caring for elderly at wee hours and will allow nap/rest, she does not mind the hardships. When talked about how she encouraged her elderly to walk and exercise, seeing her getting better and healthy makes her feel a strong sense of achievement.
