During her stay, she performs well and proves herself to be professional, trustworthy and polite. Joal takes care of the daily cleaning of the house, laundry, and some cooking duties. I can tell sometimes she shows extra love and care to my kids. Joal is a quick learner as well-- she can speak simple Chinese and manage quite a few Chinese dishes in a short period of time.
In addition, I would like to point out that Joal is a nice person to get along with. She cares about my family members. She is also willing tto take extra tasks and responsibilities when needed. Joal was really of great help in the past 8 months. We no longer need a helper at home and it is a pity Joal will leave.
Over all, I believe Joal will manage all duties in any future job. And I am also willing to elaborate on any of the above points if necessary. She has 8 years working experience in Singapore and is a very good helper.
