MA LUISA SIENES ANTIPUESTO 37 years old, mother of one kid age 13 years. She was born and raised in Pasay City, Philippine, and the second child among 7 siblings. In 2009, she completed her Bachelors Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management in the Philippines.

Qualifications and Skills:

Seven(7) years experience as a housemaid in Singapore. Seven(7) years experience providing care for infants, toddlers and children ages from 0 months and above. Knowledgeable in cooking Filipino dishes, Western dishes, basic Indian dishes (veg and non-veg), Chinese dishes and willing to learn other dishes.



She worked in a Singaporean madam, staying in HDB house. She was transfered to the second family who wanted to hire her.


She worked with a Singaporean family, a couple with 2 kids (3 and 5 years old). She did all the household chores, cooking, laundry and ironing clothes. Assisted the elderly woman when she's around, assisted the kids in their daily needs, sending and fetching them to school. She stayed 3 months with this family because the mother of her employer will be the one who took care the kids.

Assisted the two kids with their daily needs, feeding, bathing, playing and put them to sleep. She never stayed long in this family for the reason that she was working in two houses.


She worked in a Chinese Family, living in a 3 storey landed house (6 rooms). They are 4 adults in the house including her and another helper. She shared worked with another helper. She did household chores, cooking, cleaning the house and gardening. Assisted the other helper in taking care of a paralyzed elderly woman, feeding, bath, changing a diaper and follow for morning exercise walked. The reason why she never stayed because she cannot get along with another helper.

5.INDIAN FAMILY(10 MARCH 2012 - 21 JULY 2012)

She worked with an Indian family, living in HDB house with 2 rooms. A couple and 8 months old baby. She did all the household chores, cooking, laundry and ironing clothes. Assisted her madam in taking care of the baby, feeding, bath, playing the baby and put to sleep. She left in this family for the reason that she cannot get enough food and rest as well.


She worked with a Filipino family, living in HDB house. A couple with a 1-year-old baby. She did all the household chores, cooking, laundry and ironing clothes. She did take care the baby because both parents are working. The reason why she transferred because her employer will be relocating to Australia.


She worked with an Indian Family, Staying in a condominium. A couple with 3 years old kid. She did all the household chores, cooking, laundry and ironing clothes. Assisted her madam to take care of the kid, playing, feeding and bathing. She stayed with this family for 10 months only because of some personal issues.

Our Services 

1) Deployment of New Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW)

Deployment of New FDW from Indonesia, Philippines, Mizoram and Myanmar and these 4 countries are approved source from MOM for FDW deployment.
2) Deployment of New Foreign Domestic Worker (FDW)
Personally interview of Indonesia, Philippines, Mizoram, and Myanmar at any of our branches located throughout Singapore. Processing of Work Permit can be as fast as 3 working days.
3) Direct hire of FDW

Direct application without FDW paying for an additional loan in their country, Processing In Singapore and country of origin will be handled by our experienced staff.

4) Settling-In-Programme (SIP)
All first-time FDWs are required by Law to attend the SIP before starting work with their employers and within the first three days of their arrival. We will ensure the registrations of FDW for the SIP within the time frame given.

5) Passport Renewal and Homeleave Processing
Processing for passport renewal and Home Leave documentations for Indonesia and Philippines FDW return home to their country of origin for holidays during the employment in Singapore.

6) Medical Check-up

FDW is required to go for medical check-up upon arrival to Singapore and every 6th monthly to screen for infectious diseases and pregnancies. The medical will be performed by registered Singapore doctor. The employer will bear any medical expenses incurred by the FDW in the course of the medical.

7) Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
We will assists in purchasing the minimum insurance coverage required by MOM for FDW Accidental and Permanent Disability. The employer can upgrade the comprehensive insurance coverage at a reasonable rate because it is employer responsibility to undertake the costs of her medical treatment during her employment in Singapore.

8) Shadow Support 
We also provide Shadow Support Cum Helper Services To Numerous Mainstream And Private Schools In Singapore. School is not an easy place for children with ASD, CP, ADHD  who often have a difficult time, both socially and academically. With limited resources in the school system, Shadow Support is usually needed to enable the child to be an active member of the learning environment in his or her classroom
