Sumarni is a jovial, happy and positive person. She is active and she likes to care for children, play with them and chasing/running around with them. She enjoys being surrounded with the children. She shared that employer hired a helper is to complete the tasks that the employer has no time for it, which means the family needs her, hence she will do her best and treat the family like her own. She believes when she gives her best to the family, the family will treat her same way too. She expressed that “give and take” manner is very important in a family especially for employer and helper to have long term relationship.
