Trusted Care specializes in placing full-time domestic helpers, live-in caregivers and nurses from Indonesia and Myanmar
A. Trained Full-Time Domestic Helpers
Have undergone comprehensive training at facilities, which are designed to simulate environment similar to different types of homes in Singapore.
Taught by strict training schools to develop the right attitude and mental tenacity; emphasizing the importance in character integrity.
B. Live-in Caregiver With Healthcare Experiences
Experienced or extensively trained as nursing aides in their countries (3 years formal nursing education).
Equipped with basic nursing skills i.e. monitor vital signs, medication administration, bathing, dressing, handle and transfer, fall prevention etc.
Based on your loved ones' condition, 1 month on-the job training at their local nursing home will be arranged for the selected caregiver to care for patients with similar conditions as your loved ones to sharpen their caregiving skills further.
C. Live-in Qualified Nurses
Experienced or qualified nurses in their countries (Diploma/Degree in Nursing).
Possessed medical knowledge and skills to competently perform invasive procedures i.e. injection, phlegm suctioning, insertion of urine catheter etc.
Based on your loved ones' condition, 1 month on-the job training at their local nursing home will be arranged for the selected nurse to care for patients with similar conditions as your loved ones to strengthen the level of proficiency in the care required.
D. Customised Training At Your Home
An additional 3 - 4 hours home-based training customised according to your loved ones’ needs can be arranged for the selected domestic helper/ caregiver/ nurse to provide a stronger understanding of the specific care required. e.g. infant care, dementia care, post-stroke care etc.
E. Work permit renewal / cancellation
F. Passport renewal and home leave application
G. Insurance and security bond
H. Direct hire
