Cooking				When i was young my mum and my sister teach me how to cook. In S'pore she learnt Chinese, Asian, French, Western & even some Indian dishes. French employer taught her most of her Western cooking & even baking. She learnt all the rest thru Youtube. Curr empl says will miss her cooking esp.

Mylene (or Mhay) is a no-fanfare, fuss-free helper, ready-on-day-one to take charge & manage any household. She is a quiet personality, a silent achiever. In the lodging we find her to have initiative & is dedicated to her responsibilities & work. She is dedicated towards working hard to support her mum esp who was ridden with stroke & has huge medical bills to pay. She had savings, but most of it were depleted when her dad became sick (he died 4 yrs ago). Her longest employment was with a French family where she worked 5. 2 yrs & learnt the most. This family took pains to train her & sharpen her skills in h'keeping, cooking, baking, laundry & ironing etc. She has many photos with them esp when she went to France with them. Though she's a quiet personality, she is extremely good with kids, says "kids love me & they hug me & is sweet to me". Mhay is ok with dogs too. She has no plans to marry & wishes to work as long as possible.
