June up to date January -- Working for western family , living in a condo apartment and she is serving for a couple and a dog, her duties are all around and to take care of the dog plus grocery shopping and cooking. she can be released in June . She does all the household cleaning, cooking, etc. Total of 6 people in the house, including 2 elderly.

th Feb - Delailah has been our helper for almost 4 years now. Her main responsibilities have been cooking, laundry, and house cleaning. She is a nice lady and has been kind to our kids even though looking after kids were not her responsibility.
She is a very good cook and has picked up both north and south Indian food in her years with us. She can also make western food like pizza, pasta, soup, etc.
She is more suited to a family of older kids and a less active household and therefore has expressed her desire to move on to another family.

Delailah takes pride in her work and in particular, maintaining a clean home. She works with little supervision or direction while doing household chores.
Delailah picked up Indian food very quickly and within a few months became an excellent cook in Indian cuisine. Butter chicken, prawn curry, biryani, kebabs, dals, vegetables, parathas, and dosas are only some of her specialties. She also has a keen interest to learn new recipes and will only need assistance or direction if she is cooking a new dish or using an ingredient that she is unfamiliar with her.
She is able to participate in creating a weekly shopping list and works well with a weekly meal plan to follow. Once familiar with the family's requirements around food, she could participate in the meal planning process. She is also a very able baker as she has had previous work experience with French and German families.
Delailah has been respectful of our family home and also has been welcoming to our guests. She is mature and will fit in around what is required of her.
