Maid Introduction
Raquel as a good experienced in baby care as well as Elderly, She is a very patient worker, industrious and a happy person. She also does not mind to take care of pets, because she took care of pets also in Philippines,She needs to work longer so that she can support her children for their studies. She is a very smart helper. Able to multitask very well without much supervision. She’s able to handle them without us being around. • Laundry
Her Strengths • Able to multitask and plan her schedule well. Easy to understand instructions. • Matured, doesn’t show black face even when corrected.
Her Weakness
The only Con about her to me (not really a weakness) was that she has her own ways of handling things as she’s very experienced. Took us a few months to understand each other’s needs and to work together as I’m a super micro manager.
Overall, not a big issue. Eventually, no one is perfect and she was able to take my instructions and learn to perform my expectations over the months. Cheers.
