With her 1st employer she had to leave them after 5 months as the grandma in the house could not communicate in English which resulted in miscommunication and misunderstanding. With her 2nd & current employer she is happily working with them. However, they are letting her go as the ‘madam’ stopped working & won't need helper anymore. Madelyn comes across as a patient, reliable and responsible person. She is determined to keep working to improve her family’s future. She is experience in baby, children and elderly care. This in addition to her ability to pick up cooking various dishes makes her asset to next employer, having these needs.
