Lin appears warm yet determined, patient and quick-minded, with good command of spoken English; capable of being an independent helper, managing her own time and deciding what to cook based on family's tastes. While working in Singapore Lin has developed skills in Newborn care, Childcare, Housekeeping and cooking staple local home Chinese and some western dishes.
