Hesnaningsih (Hesna) is a disciplined, friendly and polite character. She's a very experienced maid n has been working in Spore for yrs. After working for 5 years with her 2nd employer, she returned to her 1st employer. She takes everything in her stride -- never complains (if the kids get out of hand and unruly) or answers back (if the mam is in a bad mood and feels like nagging about anything and everything). In her own words "everywhere she's worked before she has been treated as part of the family". She's is very good with kids too. A high school grad, she also helps the little ones with their homework, plays with them and brings them out for exercise etc). She's good at ironing and laundry too.
