Cooking				Western foods. Lasagne, pasta, cottage pie, cos cos lamb, lasagna, salmon ball with lemon. I can cook Chinese food. Steam fish, chicken rice n sweet sour cuttle fish. Malay foods. Sambal tumis prawn, sambal tumis ikan bilis/eggs,ayam masak merah, asam pedas, soup n nasi lemak.

She has been working as a domestic helper since in Singapore. Although she had a streak of 4 short employments in the past, Ning has had 3 long employments spanning 2, 4 & 4 years. In all her years of work, Ning has taken care of many children ranging from 6 to yr old. She claims she does her housework independently, using her judgement, experience and employers' instructions. Her previous employer, an Australian family, taking care of their 2-storey bungalow, their 3 children 7, & yr old, Looking after 2 dogs, cooking daily & marketing. She has developed her cooking skills to include Chinese & Western dishes to her repertoire, in addition to Indonesian/Malay cuisine. She worked 4 years w/ them, unfortunately they had to move back home, but left her a good reference letter, writing "We found Ning to be a vital help. Her current employer is a dutch family, after 8 mths working w/ them, looking after 3 children, her employer is letting her go cos they need a more supportive & educational helper and they have given her a good refer. letter. She showed a strong work ethic and was always eager to fulfill her responsibilities" & "Ning has a pleasant personality & was well liked by us and our children. We highly recommend Ning to a future employer.
