After high school Westy went to Jakarta & worked 1. 5yrs in bookshop. Met her husband & went w/ him to his hometown. When she was 2mths pregnant, her husband died in an accident in . In her nearly 8 years here, she worked w/ 3 families: 1st 5. 1yrs w/ Australian family w/ 2stry house, looking after 3 young kids, cooking & housekeeping; 2nd ~2yrs w/ Chinese family & currently 8mths w/ American family w/ 3 kids & they are allowing her to transfer on mutual agreement. Her current & previous employers have left her good reference letters, noting “Westy is very caring & warm with the kids, yet firm when it is required. She is a great cook for both Asian & Western food. ” & “She is pleasant, even-tempered, earnest, honest & is a fast worker. ” Plans to work 5 more yrs to support her daughter’s studies, help family & save for her future.
