She has a good relationship with her present employer, who, because of changes in their circumtances, no longer require a maid. They have told Ana they will give her time to find a new employer and they can be contacted to give Ana a verbal reference. Ana's English is good and she can speak a little Mandarin & Hokkien. She can cycle and is ok with dogs & cats. Ana is a very open person who is easy to talk to, she has a very warm personality and it is easy to see why children like her.
