Her current employers taught her Hong-kong style cooking. which makes her proficient in a good range of catonese styled soups,which she boils for over 3-hours, chinese curries etc. they like her cooking very much and has provided her with a detailed reference letter, stating the specific different dishes she is able to cook. they also liked her quiet disposistion and mild temperament. although she has a rather serious facial expression. she is actually a sweet and good natured person.
