Umi is a very good all-rounder with good experience in all departments. Furthermore,she has a very good track record- years with one employer. That employer is particular about cleanliness and discipline. Currently manages a fairly big house by herself. She's a great cook and can cook various different cuisines. Her employer pays people to come and teach her cooking. They have also sent her qfor a number of cooking courses. And they love her cooking as she changes the menu everyday. Her contract with her current employer is ending in July . She plans to work for another 5 years before returning home to settle down.
