Anna speaks english well, she can read english and also speaks Hokkien well. She is very pleasant and friendly. Anna has worked with her previous employer for 7 years. she looked after elderly, she can cook Indonesian food, Chinese food and Western food. Anna likes to do housekeeping as she likes to see and maintain the house cleanliness. She is organised and she enjoys cleaning the house. Anna looked after an old lady " Ama " she brings ama out in the morning for a walk then goes back home and prepares food, she then does the cleaning of the house, gardening and all house work.
