She takes pride in her work and is able to work independently. Except for the fact that she has no experience with babies she is a good all rounder. She especially loves children and would love to look after them. Rikanah would need a little guidance in taking care of babies, but she picks up very quickly. She has shown interest and is very sincere in learning new things. She has been unlucky with her previous employers, she would love to find a good family that she can work with for a long time.
