Concordia or Dia as she prefers to be called, is a very open person with a pleasant disposition. She is a focused person and is very easy going. She adapts to people and situations easily. She has had experience taking care of the elderly but would like to work with a family with children this time round. She is independent and very able once she adapts and is oriented to her new employment.
