For an agency like ours that specializes in experienced helpers only, Tanti is an exception. She only has 4 mths experience in Spore with a Malay family. She speaks basic English but does try to find out the meanings of English words and applies them correctly. In her short stint here, she picked up good housekeeping skills as her employers were very particular about cleanliness. She also picked up Malay cooking and has impressed us in the agency with her cooking skills. We find her to be very humble, soft-spoken, subservient, obedient and respectful. In her very own handwriting, she says she is "Hardworking, Good Cook, Honest, Caring, Responsible and Independent.
