Though she has gained good experience here with a variety of employers, she needs to gain more confidence in the way she expresses herself -- partly due to her humble nature too. We had to cajole and coax her to be proud of all that she's capable of for a proper resume. She then finally admits in her own words that she is "Disciplined (wakes up early to do her work), Responsible, works Independently, Good with Kids, Good and confident in Cooking (Indonesian, Malay, Chinese and some Western), Trustworthy (left alone at home for up to a month when the employer goes overseas) and has a Good Character. " She's been with this last employer for 3. She has 5 yrs exp with dogs too.
