Care For Elderly/Disabled				I have no experience with my employer but i have experience take care of my grandma & grandpa at my own country. My grandpa can walk little bit but my grandma is bed-ridden. But i'm willing to take care of elderly.

Suryati or "Ria" as she is known, is a young yr old who has sufficient experience as a helper. She worked as a maid cum seamstress for 7 yrs there then came here. She's been here for 4 yrs now & has had experience with 2 Chinese employers, an Indian, an Autralian who went back after mths & lastly with a British for 6 mths. Quit after 6 mths & went back to Indon cos she was too bored & the house was too quiet. Except for newborn babies, she has good experience in all other depts such as Housekeeping, Kids, Cooking & even Elderly. Ria speaks English well, is able to express all her thoughts very clearly & precisely. We like her at the agency. She has strong organisational skills & is very hardworking. It's easy to give her assignments which she carries out very promptly, thoroughly & diligently. She has very good initiative & is a joy to work with. Ria is mild-mannered & has a very soft way of doing things & gets along very well with her peers in the agency & with everyone in general.
