Her longest spell of 8. 5 yrs was with an Indian family who lived in a big bungalow house. Here, she not only managed the affairs of a big house but also the marketing, laundry, the 2 young kids there, the cooking and an yr old granny. The other two families lived in condos. Needless to say, she has become very good at Indian cooking, most of which she says is 'low cholesterol type'. She now wishes to experience other nationalities for a change. She does not write as well but talks well and in a very animated way. She is a very fun and jovial person & will be good with kids surely.
