Evi is a yr old with very strong & varied experience across local & expat empls. She speaks English well & confidently. Knows some Cantonese too. When she was she went to HK for 3 yrs then came to Spore. All in all she has years of experience in which time she worked hard & has done very well for herself. Wants to work another 6 yrs or so then go back & start a restaurant as per her employer's recommendation as she is a good cook. She knows how to cook different kinds of cuisines & is familiar with menu planning & table settings too. Also familiar with Cantonese cooking which is known to be among the best in Chinese cooking and with the most elaborate soups etc. The employer's family & guests always praise her about her cooking and even brought her to the U. S and asked her to cook Asian dishes for them. Cooking aside, she comes across as very strong in H'keeping & Child-minding skills. She is caring, a fast learner, independent & has good time management skills. She likes to take care of cats & is ok with small dogs.
