Yanti as she is known in short is a yr old high school grad who has 3. 5 yrs exp here with 3 Chinese employers & lastly now with a Japanese employer where she had communication problems with her ma'am. She 1st came here 3. 5 yrs ago to help her mum & dad who are farmers. As she had 2 younger siblings in school, she decided to sacrifice her own studies & come here to earn money and uplift the living standards of her family. By that time her siblings would also be well placed. She comes across as a good, problem-free helper -- says her mam always smiles when she sees the house kept clean all the time. Kids love her too. Says she is very observant about her employers' moods & can adjust accordingly. She's good with dogs & had a very good bond with a Golden Retriever at a previous employer. She's with the agency currently & we find her to be very hardworking. She has a tremendous amount of initiative too & is a shining example to the other helpers in the agency.
