She has 2 siblings and she is the eldest in her family. The employer's house is 1 sty house with 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets. Ah Ma can walk slowly with walking stick. She assists Ah Ma to shower, change diapers, dressing, prepare food and feeding, give medicine and accompany to hospital.
She also does all general housework duties involved cooking meals, ironing clothes, washing laundry, and going to the market. She helps Ah Kong to change clothes, clean the body, change diapers and to prepare food and feeding. She also does all general housework, cooking, laundry and marketing. She served 5 family members, Ma'am, Sir, Ah Ma and 2 teenage children. The employer's house is HDB with 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets. She also does all general housework, cooking, laundry and marketing.

From 2014 to 2018, she served a Singapore Chinese family with 6 people, Ma'am, Sir, Ah Kong, Ah Ma and 2 children. The employer's house is a 5 rooms HDB. She also does all general housework, cooking, laundry and marketing.

From 2008 to 2014, she served a Singapore Malay family. Her main job is taking care of Ah Kong and Ah Ma in the age of 80s. Ah Kong is bedridden and Ah Ma is still mobile.
She takes care of the daily needs such as showering, dressing, to prepare meals and feeding, to give medicine and massage. She also does all general housework, cooking, laundry and marketing.

She can cook Indonesian, Malay and Chinese food such as chicken soup, fish soup, stir fried brocoli, mix vegetables, soy sauce chicken, curry chicken, soto, rendang, nasi kuning, nasi lemak, lontong, ayam pedas, BBQ chicken, chicken rice, laksa and many more.

She is willing to learn more local dishes and able to follow recipe.
