Left alone to care for her family and daughter she decided to work as a domestic helper in Singapore to collect funds for her family and her daughter. Being a dedicated person she has patiently worked with her only and current employer for last 5 years, since Feb , performing with various housekeeping duties, care of children and including care of a small dog. Ponirah comes across as an easy going person with a bright disposition. By her own admission she is fond of taking care of children of all ages. Additionally, we understand she cooks pretty well – in her own words - “ I am very good in Malay food & Chinese food”. Usually her workday would start early in the morning, when she would prepare breakfast for the family, before sending the children to school. Now that the children have grown up, and the lady of the house would like to stay at home - it's time for Ponirah to find a new household to work in. [EL1/NB2/KD1/CK1] [A1].
