After completing high school she went to Jakarta to work in a shoe factory for 3 yrs. Her boss was a well known UK Chef who also owned a restaurant in the UK. He taught Mersy many Chinese & Western dishes whenever he returned to Malaysia. However, before she gave birth she came to realization that the marriage was not going to work out. Merely 2 mths later she reported to the Agency in Jakarta for en route placement in S'pore. She's been here since Dec with 2 more Chinese employers.
