First household: Took care of Ah Ma (bedridden) – changed diapers, assisted with feeding and showering, and accompanied her for medical check-ups. Lived with Ah Ma and 2 Mdm.

Second household: Took care of Ah Gong (high blood pressure & diabetes) – administered insulin injections, checked sugar levels, gave medication, and cooked healthy meals.

Worked around 1 year; employer no longer required a helper.
