She has completed senior high school and is able to communicate in simple English and Cantonese, with good proficiency in Malay. Mardiana brings with her extensive experience working in Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, and Singapore, where she has handled childcare, elderly care, and household cleaning duties across various family settings.

She spent 2 years in Saudi Arabia caring for a healthy elderly couple. She is patient, attentive, and familiar with the routines and needs of elderly individuals.

She has worked in three households caring for young children: a 9-month-old baby girl in Hong Kong, a 2-month-old baby girl in Saudi Arabia, and a 1-year-old boy in Singapore. She is gentle, observant, and able to support infants and toddlers with feeding, hygiene, and playtime.

Having worked in culturally diverse households, Mardiana is confident in preparing a variety of dishes. She can cook Chinese meals such as herbal soups, steamed fish, braised pork, and stir-fried pork dishes. She is also familiar with Arabic cuisine including nasi briyani, kabsa, and spaghetti, as well as Indonesian favorites like rendang, sambals, curries, satay, and chicken rice. She adapts well to employer preferences and is open to learning new recipes.
