Suryanah is dedicated & matured & is 3rd in a farming family of 6 siblings. Due to the family’s financial situation, she worked in a factory & also as domestic helper after secondary school. However one day, tragedy struck when her husband died from ‘electric shock’ as he was fixing electrical wires at home. As he was the sole bread winner for the family, she had to be strong for her children & she picked herself up to work overseas to support them. With her 1st employer in Malaysia, after working happily for 3 yrs, she went back home to attend to her 2nd son’s schooling matters. After this was settled, she came to Singapore to continue working. With her 2nd and current employer here, she is happily working with them for about 8 yrs. However, as their children are all grown up, they are reluctantly letting her go. They have given a very good reference letter & an extract goes like this – “. she has proven her dedication in completing her daily chores and at the same time look after my 3 children. She is also trustworthy and honest during her time of service with me”. Suryana is a good find and her dedication to her work will give peace of mind to her next employer.
