In Singapore, she worked for two employers: a Chinese family with a newborn and two young children, and a German family where her duties focused on caring for a newborn and a toddler with Type 1 diabetes. She has experience in pet care: caring for her employer’s dog, including showering, walking, and feeding.

With her first Singapore employer, a Chinese family, she worked as a nanny to a newborn, managing feeding, bathing, sleep routines, and daily care, while also caring for two young children aged 7 and 8 by preparing them for school, escorting them safely by bus and LRT, and providing attentive after‑school care. In addition, she was nanny to their second child, a newborn daughter, providing full infant care including feeding, bathing, soothing, and establishing sleep routines, while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for both children.

Lupna loves cooking and is able to prepare a wide range of Chinese and Indonesian dishes. Her repertoire includes laksa, nasi lemak, ayam penyet, rendang, soups, fried rice, fried chicken, fried fish, steamed fish, steamed chicken, steamed eggs, and chicken rice, to name a few.

She is experienced in housekeeping, having cleaned and maintained a 5‑bedroom, 3‑toilet HDB flat. Her duties included sweeping, mopping, dusting, laundry, ironing, changing bed linens, and keeping the household tidy and organized.

In Indonesia, she cared for a special child for six months who often cried, threw tantrums, and had anger management issues. She provided patient care, companionship, and support to help manage the child’s behavior.

She also cared for an 87‑year‑old bedridden Ah Mah with diabetes in Indonesia for one year.
