The helpers will have to stay in our dormitory provided so that they will learn to live away from home and not get homesick when they arrive in Singapore.
Our emphasis is on character-building and communication. We want the helper to build the right attitude for work and also to be open to communicating with their employer.
At HURE Management, we do not see ourselves as just an employment agency. We define our role as a facilitator between our interested party of employer and FDW.
