Her duties were general housework, marketing, cooking simple Chinese foods (importantly for the kids) and look after the kids including showering the baby and the kids, milk feeding, burping, feed the older kids, changing diapers, preparing their meals, bringing them to playgrounds, ensuring their safeties.
