She communicates confidently in English and can converse in simple, basic Mandarin, making her adaptable to households with bilingual needs. She provided attentive care to Ah Mah, who was asthmatic, assisting with daily needs, light tasks, medication, and accompanying her to the polyclinic.

From 2023-2025 she completed a 2-year contract with a Chinese family of eight: sir, ma’am, three adult children, an 86-year-old healthy Ah Gong, and an 82-year-old infirm Ah Mah. Her focus was on caring for Ah Mah’s daily needs, medication, and escorting her to hospital checkups, as well as accompanying her for exercise and leisure walks. She also managed housekeeping in a 3-storey house (5-bedroom/3-toilet), ensuring thorough cleaning as the family kept a cat and its fur often spread around the home. In addition, she cleaned the cat’s litter box, fed it, and prepared meals for the family.

She enjoys cooking both Indonesian and Chinese dishes, including rendang, satay, ayam penyet, fried rice, fried fish, steamed fish, steamed minced pork, pork rib soup, sweet & sour dishes, curries, and sambals. Her cooking is adaptable to elderly needs, ensuring textures are soft and easy to consume while meeting dietary requirements.
