She worked as a helper in Manado for a family of 4 living in a landed house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. She looked after a newborn baby girl and a 9-year-old boy. She also handled general housework and cooking. She stopped working there to prepare for her marriage.

 

(Jan 2021 - Dec 2024) in Manado

 

She and her husband operated a motorbike garage business in Manado. She worked as the shopkeeper and assisted in managing the business. She stopped due to personal issues with her husband.

 

(Jan 2025 - Apr 2025) in Manado

 

She attended training center (TC) and processed her documents to work in Singapore.

 

5 months (Apr 2025 - Sep 2025) as a helper in Singapore

 

She worked in Singapore for an Indian family of 6 living in a 3-storey house with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Her duties included showering the children, preparing them for school, feeding them, and accompanying them. She also managed general housework and cooking.

 

1 month (Sep 2025 - Oct 2025) as a helper in Singapore

 

She worked for a Chinese family of 2 in an HDB flat with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, together with 3 dogs. She was responsible for caring for the dogs, doing general housework, and cooking dinner. The employer returned her to the agency after 22 days because they expected her to care for the dogs similarly to children, which she found difficult to manage.

 

6 months (Nov 2025 - May 2026) as a helper in Singapore

 

She worked in Singapore caring for a 90-year-old mobile dementia ahkong in an HDB flat with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Her duties included showering, feeding, and accompanying him, as well as doing general housework. She was sent back home due to language barriers, as the ahkong only spoke Chinese and a little Malay. She is now seeking another opportunity to work in Singapore again.

 

Cooking

Daily she prepares basic cooking for the family, keen to learn to cook Chinese and various other dishes as well.

 

Infant care

She is keen to look after an infant and looks after her own. She washed and cleaned up after them, kept company and soothed them to sleep, prepared their milk and fed them, washed and cleaned feeding bottles.

 

Childcare

She is keen to look after children. In her previous experience, she prepare there milk or meals & feed them, prepare bath & bathed them, change their soiled clothing, get ready the elder child for school, keep company & sooth them to sleep.

 

Elderly Care

She is keen to look after elderly and has experience taking care of male elderly.

 

Handphone

She will follow the employer's instruction regarding handphone usage and will contact her family with her own handphone after work hour.

 

2 years contract

She is aware of the 2 years contract.
