Mahdalena is an Indonesian helper with 22 years of experience in Singapore working for three employers. Magdal has managed the housework and cooking Chinese and Western meals. She worked for more than 5yr with the family.

July 2004 to Feb 2011, she worked in Singapore for a Chinese family in a condo. Her main duties were cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, and childcare. The household consisted of 2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 6 when she started work. She cooked Chinese food and Malay food. She left because her contract ended and the employer no longer required a helper.
