Waginem worked at Irian Jaya in - for an Indonesian family consisting of 6 members staying in a landed property. Her duties include cleaning the house, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and also dusting. In addition, she had to do marketing, prepare the ingredients and cook the meals for the family.

Waginem is a cheerful person and is willing to take care of newborn baby. She knows how to change the diapers, prepare the milk, sterilise the pots and bottles. Waginem is able to handle and react when the baby cries for hunger or feels uncomfortable. Waginem is unable to speak English now but is willing to learn if given the opportunity.
