Maid Introduction
Her husband is staying in Indonesia.
Santi came to Singapore in Oct ' to work as a domestic worker for a Malay family.
However, less than a month into her job, the employer felt that she did not meet their expectation and she was return back to the agency.
At the same time, the couple decided to relocate to the husband hometown back in Malaysia.
Shortly after, Santi started working for another Malay employer.
They are all boys.
Her secondary role is to handle the household chores such as laundry, ironing, mop the floor and some light cooking for the kids.
Santi was replaced by the employer as they feel a younger helper will suit her children better.
In both her employment in Singapore, Santi did not asked to be return to the agency.
It was the employer's decision.
While she admitted to not meeting the expectation of her employers, she took up the second employment as she felt that any type of job-scope is not a matter to her as she is willing to take up any challenges.
She just request that the employer give her a little bit more time to adjust to the work, especially taking care of more than 1 child.
Santi loves doing general housework.
Given her age, she prefers to care for an elderly both healthy or bedridden.
Taking care of children is fine too but probably just 1 child so she could perform better in her employment in terms of both primary and secondary role (general housework).
Santi hopes to be given a chance to work and support her husband as well as save money during this difficult times.
