Magdalena is presently working for a Chinese family of 4 adults plus 2 kids now aged 8y and living in a 5 storey house (Feb to the present). She does the general housework such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, going to market by cycling there and cooking. Magdalena also cooks meals such as chap chye soya sauce chicken, babi pong teh (Nonya style braised pork), steamed fish, ngoh ngiang, water cress soup, porridge , Malay food like nasi lemak, sayur lemak, rendang, chicken curry; Indonesian food like gado gado, ayam terik, telur balado, sayur lodeh, aoto ayam; Western food like pasta, green salad, sandwiches and can follow recipes. She has been able to manage the housework on her own and will be released by end of May. She looked after their needs until they relocated. Her duties were taking care of Ah Kong and general housework.
