IN HONGKONG WORKED 2 YEARS FINISHED CONTRACT WITH A CHINESE FAMILY. Her combined experience is babycare, childcare, lderlycare, general housekeeping and cooking. She can cook a range of Western, Chinese and Filipino styles of cuisine.
Mary is a very hardworking person. Can bring kids to the playground, to activities.
Completed in SPR and caregiver courses, willing to continue her skills upgrade in baking in the future. She is very keen to learn new recipes especially in Western and European cuisine.
Cooking skills considered as good: braised pork/ chicken, fried veg, fried chicken, steamed fish, fried rice, butter prawns, noodles, soups. Western: different type of pasta, salads, roasted chicken, baked fish, chicken mustard, beef stew, beef steaks, bbq chicken.
