She has the support of her husband and relatives to come and work in singapore while they take care of her child. Her family must be supportive of her so that she can work with a peace of mind here. Sudharshani has understood that contracts and employers trust are both very important and that she must maintain them both for the good of the long run.

Sudharshani understands that she must come prepared to do cooking , cleaning, laundry , ironing , moping , toilet washing , cleaning of windows and all other general housekeeping duties.

Sudharshani is now willing to work in any capacity be it elder care or child care or a combination of both. She has no issues with hard work and long hours. She come prepared to proved to herself that she can manage housekeeping duties and is committed to completing contracts.

During the interview Sudharshani came across as a person who is determined to make something for her family and herself. She is now looking for potential employers who will be willing to let her use her experience for the benefit of the employers family.
