She worked in different families, these included the Local Singaporean family, Chilean family, Brazilian family, African Family, German family, and a Chinese Expat family. She did general housework, washing,marketing, grocery shopping and cooking. She can cook Filipino food and Italian food. She had a lot of experience in taking care of children. From 3 months old baby to 2 years and 5 months. A 2 year and 2 months old until the age of 5. A 1 year and 11 months old child until turned 6. She also took care of twin baby girls from 2 months old until they reached the age of 4. She also took care of a newborn baby until the age of 4. Ronalyn also have her own twin babies and she raised them by herself .
